The EDGE 1500 Butt Flash Welder combines a highly accurate electrical current control with precise position control.  The result is a fully automatic single weld/temper cycle butt flash welder that is highly configurable, easy to use, and repeatable.  The EDGE 1500 allows users to preset welding specifications for a given material and recall them at the push of a button.  The resulting simplicity and speed of changing from 1/2“ to 2“ wide material makes the welder more productive, more consistent, and  able to deliver consistent quality metal joining that is independent of operator expertise.

The EDGE 500 Butt Flash Welder provides flexibility for welding a wide range of band saw blades at a low cost. The 500 includes simple set up procedures to keep the welder productive. This is the ideal welder for small volume weld shop welding fewer than 1000 blades per week.

EDGE Flash Grinder EDGE Flash Grinder
The Edge Band Saw Blade Flash Grinder is designed to remove flashing
from the welding process. The design of the machine provides the user
with a highly productive and flexible removal of flash. The flash grinder uses
an abrasive belt mounted on a rubber wheel to reduce consumable expenses.
The flash grinder also has a 15” vertical adjustment to allow operators to adjust
the height to their comfort.
